1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using THE 111 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
THE 111 is a digital scarcity platform where only 111 posts are displayed per day. The platform operates on a 24-hour cycle, after which all content is permanently deleted.
2. The 24-Hour Rule
All content on THE 111 is ephemeral. Posts, direct messages, and associated data are permanently and irrevocably deleted at 00:00 UTC each day.
- There are no archives, backups, or recovery options.
- Once deleted, content cannot be retrieved under any circumstances.
- You are solely responsible for saving any content you wish to preserve before deletion.
3. User Content & Lottery
THE 111 employs a fair lottery system to select 100 user posts daily from the applicant pool.
- Applying to the lottery does not guarantee selection.
- Selected users must adhere to our content guidelines.
- Users flagged for violations may be permanently banned from the lottery.
4. Enterprise Auction Terms
THE 111 offers 11 premium advertising slots per day, sold via a sealed-bid auction system.
4.1 Payment Authorization
By placing a bid, you authorize THE 111 to charge your payment method if your bid is among the top 11 highest bids at the settlement deadline (T-7 days before display date).
4.2 No Refunds Policy
ALL AUCTION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once your payment has been processed at the T-7 settlement, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Failure to upload creative assets within the 24-hour window
- Content rejection due to guideline violations
- Administrative removal of your advertisement
- Technical issues on your end
- Change of mind or business circumstances
The minimum bid is $350 USD per week. You acknowledge that you have the authority to authorize payment for the amount of your bid.
5. Content Moderation & Removal Rights
THE 111 reserves the absolute and unconditional right to remove any content from the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
5.1 Kill Switch Authority
The platform operator may exercise a "Kill Switch" to immediately remove any post or advertisement from the daily display. This decision is final and non-appealable.
5.2 No Compensation
Removal of content does not entitle you to any refund, compensation, or remediation. By using the Service, you accept this risk as part of the platform's moderation policy.
5.3 Community Reports
Content receiving 11 or more community reports may be automatically hidden pending review. Users with multiple flagged posts may face lottery bans.
6. Content Guidelines
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Contains external URLs (links are prohibited in user posts)
All images are scanned for prohibited content before upload. Attempts to circumvent moderation may result in permanent account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE 111 IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE 111 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Privacy & Data
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service. Given the 24-hour deletion cycle, most user content is not retained beyond its display period.
Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
